I have been getting notifications to update to Monterey. But, when I check for updates either in preferences or About This Mac it always tells me I am up to date. This morning in fact there was a notification on the computer to update to Monterey when I tried clicking on the notification it seemed to just disappear. I looked in the app store and it said there as well that everything was up to date.
This is so weird. I have not had issues getting or installing updates before.
