the thing I have found is that none of the alerts work.  contacts signing in, 
or out, no alerts play sounds or speak, with the exception of receiving calls.  
Some custom sounds witch are correctly formatted will not play either.  As for 
conference calling, I understand they are working on this and will have a more 
accessible fix for the next release, which, as I gather it, will be the actual 
public version of the 5.0 or maybe even 5.1 release.  I didn't see any 5.1 but 
the latest build I saw for this version was 5.0.0.6378
