I sure hope they fix that, otherwise, I suspect that more than a few of us will 
be switching back to 2.8.  Surely, with all of us giving so much feedback on 
these things, how can they not pay attention; especially when version 
5.0.0.6378 is still in beta?

Just to let you know, the way I gave feedback was by clicking on the "provide 
feedback" button off the Skype menu.  I'd better check and see if there's 
another way you're supposed to give feedback when testing a beta.
