Hello everyone,

In some sort of curious way, I feel honored. I started this thread and
normally, when I pose a question, I get two or three responses. So in a weird
sort of way, I am glad that something I sent to the list has been received so
thoughtfully and generated so much discussion.

By the way, VO died twice on me today and the work-around solution that Robert
Carter suggested has saved me tons of time. He insightfully suggested typing
control-Option-Command F8 to start the VO tutorial. Once it has launched, all
you need to do is press Escape, and VO picks up right where it left off. Not
ideal, but at least you don't have to reboot or wait around until VO decides
that you've entered Command F5 often enough.

Best regards,

Mike
