Hi Buddy,

I just talked to Brian and uninstalled and reinstalled the Docuscan Software.  
I also tried turning the knob and the only thing I was able to get was an '.  

Last week, for the fun of it, I tried using the camera on the computer and got 
the same result, a blank page.  I wonder if the room lighting may be a problem.
