Hi there, I just received my Hovercam for the Docuscan Software. I tried to scan and all that comes up is apparently a blank page. I checked Image Capture as the Docuscan documentation suggests, and it says that there isn't any camera there. On the camera's website is the software Image Express for the Mac. Do you need to download this first?
