Supposedly the server version and the regular version are exactly the same
if you do not activate the server stuff. That said, I have rthe server
version because it was the only way I could get the highest end Mini.
Mostly it works the same, but it does have the same problems with running
without a monitor that other versions have with a mini, plus I have at least
one strange problem support has not been able to figure out, mostly because
they keep telling me the problem doesn't exist, even though I have shown
them at an Apple store. It's impossible to access a just wiped disk with
Finder, finder goes into perpetual busy mode. Happily I have found a
workaround, but everything else seems the same.
I do know there are a few accessibility issues with some of the server stuff
not reading, the screen that shows the activated components show them in
blue dots that VO does not recogonice.
Hope this helps some.
Bill

Subject: Lion Server

All,

I am just curious if anyone has used Lion Server and if they encountered any
major accessibility issues. I'm not interested in debating if Lion Server is
better than a Linux box etc. just want to know if there are any major
concerns.

thanks,
