Hi there!
Well if all contacts are in your Contacts on the Mac then you can sync them 
from the iPhone when plugged into the Mac I've got mine in groups on my Mac and 
just select which groups I want to go onto my iPhone in the iPhone area in 
iTunes and the same for music, apps and there is other options as well!
