Ah, okay. AS for the tool bar, I discovered that I had curser tracking off and I fixed that.
Now, with respect to the value in the horizontal spliter, should I go down or up in value? I find that if I go up in value, and I hit about 87 percent, mail suddenly goes busy and I wind up being able to do nothing so I quit it. Maybe go down to zero in the value and then try the track pad thingy? This almost seems to be a half baked cookie, in a way.
