BTW, 45/94 is a very good signal (don't understand it as a division
between 45 and 94).
For windows, such signal quality equal 100% (50% under windows is more or
less 20/94), that's why ndiswrapper reports 100% link. The windows driver
doesn't report noise value, that's why ndiswrapper tells there's no noise
