Same issue here, using a RHEL 5.1 based version of the IBM Internal only
distro OpenClient 2.1. Totally unacceptable performance using this Wifi
Linux install. Win XP on the same box worked perfect. I can see same
behavior in error counts in the stats.
Some info :
madwifi-0.9.3.3-1.oc2.src.rpm
version kernel module created is : 9:0.9.3.3-2.6.18-53.el5_1
Any idea ? I don't wanna go to ndiswrapper, rather go for an Intel based
mini PCI-E card if not solved in the near future. But I'm not too hopefull
seeing the length and duration of this thread ...
