 It is better if you use TwoFish encryption for the passwords (you
shouldn't store the TwoFish password then, though, which you'd have to
enter only once per session then). Still, there are no guarantees it can't
be broken, of course. And a spyware installed on your PC could still get it.

 If you decide to store it only, of course. If you answer "No" it isn't
stored. And you can decide to even not store it at all (i.e. even not keep
it in RAM) if you don't object to having to enter it again and again and
...
