Try to create one like this: (and remember I have to translate the wording back from german, so the exact wording may differ.) Click on "all mailboxes" once Popup the context menu (press right mouse button) and choose "new mailbox" and go to the tab "access" (first tab on the left). Then choose mailbox type "file" (top of mask) then folder subtype "mbox" or "mbx" (bottom) and finally fill in the file name to your local file.
