 Hmm, this is probably/surely a bug in the wizard -- I'll check it. As I
never use the wizard myself (you don't get it in the "advanced" user mode)
it's not impossible that it is buggy :-(

 I agree that it probably doesn't make sense to prevent the user from
changing it.

 No because it presents some problems... I.e. it's not clear what exactly
should it do. The same questions arise for dnd as well.

 I don't think so: you can still create a folder by using the main menu but
the right click menu proposes only the "common" actions and this is not one
of them.
