Hi Kurian Thank you for the update. However, I am not convinced on the Asterix as a full fledge software.
We have tested out Asterix but with a lot of limitations. I was looking for a competitive product in line with Avaya or Alcatel. ACD, Dialer and reporting functionality is available in astGUIclient. Not sure about IVR. You can create a custom IVR option easily with asterisk dialplan. Hope this gives you a start.
