Hi Biju I already have a PRI card provided by the BSNL. We have tested the asterisk software and we feel its not its performance is not upto the quality expected.
We observed the following major issues 1. Stability in terms of connections 2. Reporting functionality is missing 3. IVR and delays not upto the quality required. We are looking for a software which is stable and provides quality. something in lines of Avaya or Alcatel.
