I have a doubt which is in a way (un)related to the topic. I am not sure, but is there a clause in GPL variants or AGPL that says the license will not be applicable for a certain class of software say, software to control nuclear reactors & a GPLed OS kernel should not be used on a weapon of mass destruction etc ?
