Here the wine program is free. But its dependencies are propreitary. That's the reason it is "Lesser" GPL. So it is not an ethically right decision to use the software. From your replies I have understood that you are trying to make Free Software from Microsoft Windows, which is a good intention. But can release your new softwares only in LGPL, as it may accompany a lot of non-free dependencies. Only the program that you write will be free. It is like you are trying to learn dancing, which is a good thing. But you don't realize that your legs are locked together. It is impossible to make a software from Windows that is entirely free. But you can easily rewrite the same software in GNU+Linux, using Qt. Why can't you think in that direction, which is the right thing to do? > >.
