The solution was writing to [email protected] (the address I found in
the RIPE DB for their AS). The email had also [email protected] as a
recipient.

When they replied to me they also replied to [email protected].

Today I also received a feedback from [email protected] (he
probably was not aware about my email to  [email protected] and their
reply).

I closed the issue when I got the reply from freenet, including the
reply from freenet.
