Logged into SNDS to give it a look today - I was wrong about our averages -
going back a couple of weeks it was more like 3000~4000 per day [still, small
fry].

It looks like since the 19th or so - our successful deliveries to
Outlook/Microsoft have dwindled.

Feb 19 - 2902 messages transacted to Outlook/Hotmail
Feb 20 - 2271
Feb 21 - 1740
Feb 22 - 1640
Feb 23 - 945
Feb 24 - 0
Feb 25, so far, - 0

When I check the 24th I see "No data for specified IPs on this date"

Meanwhile the IP status page shows no issues:

"The table below lists any IPs you are authorized to view that have an abnormal
status. This data is updated once per day, so it may not reflect the current
state of the IPs.

All of the specified IPs have normal status."

I guess on the plus side, if you want to think about it that way, we aren't the
only ones affected meaning it should have their attention and hopefully they'll
do something to fix it.

Sadly I suspect we'll just have to wait until a human gets to our ticket and
looks at it.

A bit concerning that the SNDS doesn't report any details on this - it's almost
as if one part of the Microsoft team decided to implement a sweeping change
without talking to the other part of Microsoft that manages the SNDS/JMRP.

I feel sorry for the support staff at Microsoft probably having to deal with a
problem they didn't themselves create.

Thank you,

Michael Denney
