Spam isn't necessarily bad. So, ESPs aren't necessarily bad either. Even if they send spam emails to the world. It might seem strange that I'm saying this. That's because everyone has a different definition of spam. But we an find a compromise here, a win-win situation. If ESPs increase the time per email transaction a little more, they can at least avoid permanent blocking.
