Hi Will, Changing the labels to work with the new label/move buttons is great ideas. One thing that still bugs me: When you have a long conversation, the label menu is out of sight. Entering a letter will scroll to it, though. Still, I find the differences between Google's and the "old" Apply/Remove" Label panel to be too small to justify a separate implementation.
