I created lymelinks.org last year, which has two animated maps of county level reported Lyme disease (which by the way, is unfortunately very different from _actual_ rates of Lyme, according to a number of studies) On the "About" page I listed all the software that I used to create the animation.
Yeah: http://hello.to/healthgeo/ works better in IE. Would love to find (or commission) a PHP-based program that does what that free service does.... Bill, thanks for noting this work. Nice to have old work remembered! Margie (My acknowledgement of the CDC was supposed to be worded differently. I had thanked individuals who had helped tremendously, but subsequently received the "official" words I was supposed to use. I will dig up the official wording, I promise, when I get back from vacation. ) On Mon, 8 Oct 2001, Bill Thoen wrote: > "Timothy M.
