This update provides: 1.. Complete region geometric properties - centroid, principal axis angle, moments of inertia. 2.. The application of region properties in "aligned labelling" at the centroid and "frontage". (In the simplest case, a rotated rectangle is labelled parallel to the longest side). Works well on a variety of region types, but particularly with cadastral data. The basic properties including alignment angle are "free use". The labelling function requires registration.
