Hey, I got a question? If Mid/Mif is such a wonderful format for exchanging
data, how come I always get "Object to Complex" and "An error occurred
while overlaying nodes" messages when trying to DO stuff with the data,
like clipping, buffering, or combining objects? I remember getting some
MIF/MID and .e00 files of USGS landslide data and it was much easier to
translate the .e00 files to MapInfo than try to sort out all the problems
in the .MIF files. Hey, and how come "Universal Translator" doesn't
translate 3D shapefiles?
