Good thoughts Larry,
so, how do we get into action about
this?
I do have a suggestion...
Caliper ran a training course at one point which
included a day on GISDK - basically an introduction, covering an overview,
language elements, resources, functions etc...a good, solid introduction if the
training manual was anything to go by. How about Caliper supplies the manual and
tutorial files as a download, and then we users can try out the exercises and
create a course, completely on the net, using this forum as a test bed and then
the final creation becomes a comprehensive training download for Caliper.....in
effect, the users can mentor each other through the training program, perhaps a
week per section?
