I am a program evaluator who is new to mapping and GIS work. I would
appreciate the thoughts of those who are more familiar with the
Maptitude software. Would you suggest Maptitude 4.8 for someone who is
new to this work. In other words, is it fairly "user friendly" for
someone just starting out? I am mainly looking for a program that will
allow me to work with locally-constructed databases available as Excel
or Access files.
