Once again, we see another article stating fascism can only take on the model
seen in Europe in the 1920s, and 1930s, without considering the possibility we
might be seeing the rise of a uniquely American form of fascism, different from
any that existed in the past. I never thought Trump personally was a fascist,
but rather an enabler. Someone who was able to egg on, and organize the unruly
mobs, that pushed us further down the road to a fascist society. Trump may have
the base oratory skills to excite said unruly mobs, but he lacks the
intelligence, planning, and orgnizational skills to become another Hitler, or
Mussolini. What Trump has done, in many learned opinions, is help pave the way
for more competent fascist leaders to emerge. Those who are not only more
intelligent, and skillful, than Trump, but have learned from Trump's mistakes.

If there is to be genuine fascism in America, we should not overlook the role
police will play in building it, nurturing it, and making said fascism more
organized, and militaristic.
