The word “wouldn’t” is conditional. If I believed that the counterrevolution could not be overcome, then I would advocate that we try to moderate struggles and reduce expectations. But I do not believe that the counterrevolution cannot be overcome. Reading what you have written about Nicaragua and Venezuela (February 16 - Maduro discovers cure for covid… again) I believe your words could be understood as saying that in those countries reality has dictated that they could not advance to socialism.
