Are you talking about Clinton? No other Democratic Party president balanced
the budget. Stephanie Kelton, a Democratic Party economist, has a theory that
deficits don't matter. So, I don't understand.
Wall Street benefits from deficits, don't they? Why would the Democrats oppose
it?
