It's a little "c" cold war. MM noted that the big "Cold War" was between
different systems of production, and this "cold war" exists between blocs of
capitalist countries. At least that's the evidence-based approach. But China
has become perceived as "communist" over the past ten years as opportunistic
politicians use the label, which of course is reinforced by the name of the
ruling party in China. I don't think we have that problem on this list, do we?
