Hello Patrick: I confess I was a little puzzled at who/what exactly the "NED" is, that these e-blasts were targeting. So the case seems to be that the NED and 'WMD' are pro-US fronts that operate not only in South Africa - but world wide. One of the articles above states:

The case of the 'Maidan Revolution; is well documented, and many including I have used that reference. The recent Bangladesh upheaval was not so clear to many, although I posted here a long paper on this earlier. But - Hong Kong? Do you have citations for this, or does anyone else? And perhaps a more detailed analysis of this NED and WMD?
