Here are instructions on how to unsubscribe from the list.
Via Email
• Send a blank email to [email protected] (replace groupname
with the actual name or posting prefix of the group).
• Reply to the automated confirmation message you receive to finalize your

Via the Website
• Log in to Groups.io and navigate to the specific group's home page.
• Click on Subscription in the left-side menu.
• Scroll to the bottom and click the red Leave Group button, then confirm.

If you are having trouble with a specific group name or address, let me know
the group's email or web address and I can give you the exact unsubscribe email
to use.
If the problem persists, send a note asking for a moderator to remover you.
