sir actually my problem is, i have to implement demand response programs at
a particular bus to mitigate congestion.In order to implement that i
require load variations with respect to price and incentives and also
penalties.After that what is the consumers benifit because of these
programs.for these things there are some equations like

writing in the matlab.i am getting confused how to proceed my project.
