Sandeep,

if you take a look at /conf/config.properties, you'll find a bunch of *.url 
settings in there. On your case, you want to adjust the download.url to match 
something that is reachable from the outside. If it's not set explicitly, the 
server.url is used, which currently is most probably set to 10.19.0.208:8080. 
The download.url will be added as a prefix to your distributed media.
