Does the engage hostname point to the 10.19.0.208 IP address? I think what is happening is that either the hostname points to a server that is not running the admin and distribution modules or if engage.tamu-commerce.edu resolves to the IP above, the perhaps its the port that's missing. So try engage.tamu-commerce.edu:8080
