Hi, Just a quick clarification:
> There is merit in advocating for a recording on/off control aka a > pause button. Matterhorn has a REST endpoint stop recordings prematurely so it should be fairly trivial to hook this up to an application, webpage, or device (e.g. AMX/crestron). Pausing is different than on/off; it's not by any means impossible, but I don't know of anyone working on this feature. If you would like pausing over on/off you should file a community feature request on our jira so people can comment on it and developers can start to think about what it might take to implement. If you just want premature end of lecture you just need to decide how you want to make that available to an instructor and wire it up suitably.
