Dear Matterhorners,
we discovered yesterday that some links to our videos in the
engage-player were broken; we have like 350 videos, and those with
number 100-250 show this message, when clicked in the media-gallery
Error Id: 132
Error Message: Stream not found
Error Detail: null
The introductory engage player screen with the matterhorn "wait" logo
and the first static camera/screen pictures
shows ok, then the error message comes in.
Since we are not familiar with the details of where the engage player
gets its flash sources: is it the downloads-dir or the
files/mediapackage-dir or the streams-dir, or some other dir (since
sources seem to be present in these 3 dirs)?
Please give some indication where to look for the cause of this error;
this is a production system and students need access.
