The shipped version of 2.2.0e does not appear to be the actual 2.2.0e, so please update newly received devices regardless of their firmware versions. The warning you are seeing is a known bug, which is fixed in QA but has not been put up in a build yet. Chances are the capture started correctly, but the appropriate signal had not been sent to the core. If you wait the capture should eventually ingest.
