How long are you waiting after the capture is supposed to be finished? The device may in fact be capturing but the signal informing the core of that is probably missing. The device should eventually ingest the media, so try setting the ingest interval to 1 minute. You don't want to do that for production, but until I can get the fix out for this issue it should let you continue testing.
