Hrm, that is very odd.  I can take a look if you want assuming the
device has a public IP.  If not I suggest waiting for the next version
of the firmware which should (hopefully!) sort things out.  The new
firmware fixes the bug which kept the agent from reporting that a
capture had started (or stopped) so further testing should be much more
clear.
