Waldemar Smirnow commented on MH-7593:
--------------------------------------
The problem with corrupted files lead back on the muxer, that havn't enough
time to create and flush the stream index before the pipeline goes down. In 1.1
RC we send a message to a pipe, wait some seconds (set as
capture.recording.shutdown.timeout property in the config) and force close it.
I can't reproduce it on my machines also try to increase this value and test
what you get in CaptureAgentImpl.stopCapture(boolean immediateIngest) on line
543: pipe.getBus().post(new EOSMessage(pipe)).
API:
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/doc/gstreamer/stable/gstreamer/html/GstBus.html#gst-bus-post
If you get an false, it means the bus is currently flushing (the messages) and
empty the queue. Christopher, do we need to send the events again?
> Gstreamer pipeline is not handling shutdown correctly
