Yes, we've done some with UCB. Afraid I don't think I wikied it. Regardless of previous state, I'm a big fan of usability testing to help us better understand both how users approach tasks and how our software can help provide solutions. And I've learned that usability is tough in distributed projects with many stakeholders, for a variety of reasons.
