Dear Committers: I would like to propose that we make minor changes to the Admin UI in order to make it more understandable to those less-Matterhorn-savvy users (day-to-day program administrators, not system administrators) who do not understand what the term "episodes" means (or how it differs from "recordings"). The minor changes involve moving the episode service functionality from the Episodes tab to a sub-tab under the Recordings tab; this way users will find functionality for all aspects of dealing with recordings (monitoring current activity and reprocessing archives) under one tab. There would no longer be a separate Episodes tab.
