Dear Committers:
I would like to propose that we make minor changes to the Admin UI in order to 
make it more understandable to those less-Matterhorn-savvy users (day-to-day 
program administrators, not system administrators) who do not understand what 
the term "episodes" means (or how it differs from "recordings"). The minor 
changes involve moving the episode service functionality from the Episodes tab 
to a sub-tab under the Recordings tab; this way users will find functionality 
for all aspects of dealing with recordings (monitoring current activity and 
reprocessing archives) under one tab. There would no longer be a separate 
Episodes tab.  Here is a sketch:

Please vote +1 if you agree with this proposed change, or -1 if you disagree. 
If you disagree, it would be helpful if you could explain why you believe it 
would detract from the UI or otherwise be harmful. (Note: While I am not able 
to make these changes at present, RĂ¼diger has indicated that he would consider 
assigning the ticket that addresses this issue, MH-8695, to someone on his 
team, if this is non-controversial.)
