There needs to be something like a "First Aid Kit" for users of a specific
capture agent. We have some custom workflows and encodings for our hardware
too, and sometimes getting it to the user is difficult because we don't always
know who's out there with our product. I'm not sure there's any place in the
release for a vendor-specific package of files.
