That's the main reason why I added the steps into the workflow to begin with:
I had no place to put documentation. Perhaps we should setup a wiki page with
the links to the 3rd party documentation along with common symptoms of
misconfigurations? I asked about hosting documentation in our wiki and the
committers pushed back on that, but I doubt there would be objections to
linking to external docs.
