Not all devices out there will work with MH out of the box. I should be able
to add docs that describe how to get them working if the company hasn't. In
light of there being (to my knowledge) no epiphan place for these workflow
definitions I'd like to be able to add them somewhere in the wiki.
We don't have to banish anyone; if people from the community want to share
solutions they should be able to in the wiki, let's just find the appropriate
place (doesn't have to be release docs).
