Just saying "Go to the www.xyz.com website" is not that customer friendly. They
could spend an hour finding the exact product model they have, finding the
right page on the website, figuring out which manuals to download, etc. And
then we have about 200 pages of documentation to look through for one of our
units.
So I'd like to be able to shorten that time with MH specific details somewhere.
Would save everyone's time with quicker service and fewer tech support calls.
