On RedHat 9 with MaxDB 7.5 I continued to receive the error below until LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.2.5 was set.
At which point the problem went away. The most promising seemed to be the advice to set > export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.2.5 > before starting xserver but that did not correct my problems. The only issue i can imagine is still the NPTL which was introduced in RedHat9. If LD_ASSUME_KERNEL doesn't work, a SAPDB-Version which was compiled on RedHat9 could help. Compiling SAPDB is still a very complicated thing as far as i know. So you might try with the help of Daniel Dittmar or any other SAPDB-Professional. -- MaxDB Discussion Mailing List For list archives: http://lists.mysql.com/maxdb To unsubscribe: http://lists.mysql.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED]
