Sorry, that was my fault. I have a README but it didn't make it to the
webserver. It's now there. Usually I'm using the invoca-inst script to
install my own initscripts. From the README:

To install on newer RedHat/Fedora Core releases, do the following:
- install all rpms but the sapdb-testdb.
- call the invoca-inst script to install RedHat/Fedora Core compliant init
scripts.
- install the sapdb-testdb rpm.
